The SolidHub electric forklift HE1200/3 is an economical alternative to purchasing a forklift. Small businesses may not have the financial resources, space or qualified personnel to purchase a powerful forklift. The HE1200/3 solves this problem perfectly, as it is specifically designed for small and medium-sized businesses that want to transport large numbers of goods at low cost and with less effort.

Thanks to its waterproof control unit, this high-quality electronic pallet truck is extremely suitable for harsh operating conditions such as cold, humidity and dust and is ideal for temporary use in cold stores and production halls, for example. The HE1200/3 is not designed for permanent use in cold storage or in rain/humidity.

The SolidHub HE1200/3 supports transport of loads up to 1,200 kg, order picking and stacking and lifting heights of 86 - 3,000 mm. Thanks to the low noise level of 69 dB, it is pleasant to work with the electric stacker for long periods of time.

The dimensions of this handy, fully electric pallet truck make it ideal for use in small warehouses and production facilities, but where they transport several goods a day and make trips at the same time. However, in this case, the height of the mast (2,000 - 3,424 mm) needs to be taken into account, depending on the distribution situation.

The ergonomic tiller allows easy control of all lifting and lowering functions using the tiller's multifunction button. All important control instruments, such as the battery charge indicator, operating hours counter, emergency stop button and switch, are centrally located and within the operator's direct line of sight.

Complete coverage of the vehicle body and low ground clearance provide additional protection and thus reduce foot injuries. Due to its low ground clearance, it is important that the HE1200/3 is only used on smooth, level surfaces and traffic roads. The low height of the housing and the lattice structure of the pole provide a good view from inside the telescopic pole; people and objects are always in view.

The powerful 750 W motor supports you perfectly when transporting Euro pallets and net containers weighing up to 1,200 kg. 100 Ah battery capacity guarantees a total usage time of 4 hours when fully charged. The two integrated lead-gel batteries are maintenance-free and together have a voltage of 24 V. They can be conveniently charged at any regular 230V outlet. Charging takes approximately 7am when the battery is fully discharged.

A transportation speed of 4.2 km/h approximately corresponds to the speed of a pedestrian. Electromechanical brake ensures easy and safe transportation of goods. The electric stacker can be used up to 6 - 8% slope depending on the load. These data are only valid for smooth industrial floors.

High-quality, easy-to-maneuver PU wheels and ball bearings are part of the standard equipment of the SolidHubHE1200/3. This PU convinces with its abrasion resistance and good grip, while also rolling smoothly and quietly on uneven surfaces – a good balance between silence and rolling resistance.
